Shadowfever (Fever Series #5)

Shadowfever - Karen Marie Moning I get why women love these books in the same way that I understand, intellectually, why men like A Slog of Ice and Fire. I've read both, and they're just not for me (and the Fever series can be read in less time than a single George RR Martin novel, so it's not the most apt comparison). That said, I think Moning did a good job of wrapping up her five-book series here. Her mysteries were a bit unfair, as most of them could not POSSIBLY be guessed, and there was a little bit of fudging of canon to make things fit, but everything fell into place in the end in a way that felt right.
